I have enough extra weight to equal another person. Another ADULT person. I'm exhausted all the time. No wonder, because I'm dragging around another person! I don't think I'll ever shake the weight. It scares me and I want to give up, lock myself in my room and overdose on ice cream.
Are we twins?? I have enough extra weight for another adult also. I am tired....not all of the time...but a lot of the time.
I also fear that I am never going to have the willpower I need to lose this extra adult. I am constantly starting another new diet...just to fall off the wagon a few days later.
If you lock yourself in a room with ice cream...make sure there is room for me and my ice cream too!
Don't feel hopeless. You really can do it, you just need to take baby steps. Don't look at that person you need to loose. Making smaller goals might help.
Try starting off by remodeling one of your daily meals.
Or just be totally honest with yourself. Are you really ready to change?
You can do this, but you have to be in the right frame of mind to do it.
Now, that doesn't mean you won't have moments of wanting to loose yourself in a bowl of ice cream, but you do need be really ready to start.
